You're under a car. The phone still gets answered.
ZenoDesk sits on your garage's website and answers customers 24/7 — services, hours, location, what you do and don't touch — then books the job into a technician's live diary, by chat or by voice.

A receptionist that finishes the job
Most widgets answer a question and hand over a phone number. This one takes the customer all the way to a confirmed service booking.
Answers, in their language
Which makes you service, opening hours, where you are, what you don't touch, plus the service menu you uploaded — from your own knowledge, in Arabic or English. Not on file? It says so and gives your number.
Books into a real diary
Real service bookings against each technician's live schedule. The slot is held for three minutes the moment the customer agrees, so it can't go to someone else while he types his name. It reschedules and cancels too.
It never quotes. It never diagnoses.
Ask what a clutch costs and it says the technician inspects first, then quotes. And if someone describes smoke or brakes that have gone, it tells them not to drive it and to arrange recovery.
Takes the call too
A customer can tap the call button and talk instead of typing, interrupting mid-sentence like a real conversation. Same knowledge, same schedules. The call transcript lands in the same thread as the chat.
Everyone's under a car. The phone rings anyway.
A garage phone rings hardest at nine in the morning, when every technician is on a job. The caller wanted to know if you could look at his car today. Nobody picked up, so he tried the next garage. ZenoDesk answers, and books him in.

Straight answers
Does it actually book, or just take a message?+
It books. ZenoDesk reads each technician's live schedule, holds the slot the moment the customer agrees, then writes a confirmed booking with a reference like AP-7F3K and emails both sides. Reminders go out twenty-four hours and three hours before. It reschedules and cancels too.
Does it keep a service history for each car?+
No. ZenoDesk has no vehicle records and no service history. The make, model, year and the fault are captured as free text on the booking reason, so the technician sees them before the car arrives — but nothing is stored against the car itself. Keep using whatever you use now for history.
Can it fill three bays at once, and treat a quick oil change differently from a diagnostic?+
Not yet, and no. One technician is one bookable resource, and one booking fills one slot — you model your capacity by how many technicians you list, not by how many bays or ramps you have. And each technician has one slot length, so a ten-minute oil change and a two-hour diagnostic take the same block. Set it to your typical job.
Will it quote a price or tell someone what's wrong with the car?+
No, and that is deliberate. It will not price a repair and it will not name a fault — it says the technician inspects and confirms. You never have to walk back a number a chatbot invented. It will state a fixed-price item, like an oil change, but only if you typed that price into your knowledge base.
Does it speak Arabic?+
Yes. Customers write or speak in whatever language they are comfortable with — Arabic, English, Urdu, Tagalog — and ZenoDesk replies in that language, in chat and on voice calls. You do not configure anything.
How long does setup take?+
Paste one script tag on your website, then add your technicians, hours, services and location in the dashboard. Most garages are live the same day. You can upload your service menu as a PDF and ZenoDesk will learn the facts from it — though it only knows what you put in, and it goes stale unless you update it.
Ask it the questions your customers ring you about
The demo on this page is the real product. Ask it a question, book a slot, call it — then set it up for your own garage in an afternoon.
