Straight answers
Can it book group classes?+
No, and I'd rather say that now. ZenoDesk books one person into one slot with one named trainer — PT sessions, assessments, trials, intro sessions. It does not manage class capacity or waitlists. If you sell both, use it for the 1:1 side and keep your class app for the rest.
Will it take payment for a package?+
No. There are no payments or deposits anywhere in ZenoDesk. It books the session and hands you the member's name, email and phone. You take payment the way you do now, at the desk or on the link you already use.
What if someone asks about an injury or a diet plan?+
It refuses. It is instructed never to give medical, injury or nutrition advice. It says that is for the trainer or a doctor, books the assessment instead, and passes the note through so your trainer reads it before the session starts.
How long does setting it up take?+
One script tag on your site, the way you would add an analytics snippet. Then you fill in trainers, their hours and session length, your services and prices, and paste or upload whatever you already send new enquirers. An afternoon, not a project.
Does it really handle Arabic?+
Yes, in chat and on voice calls. It replies in whatever language the person uses, so a member can switch to Arabic mid-conversation and it follows. The booking comes through the same way, into the same trainer's diary.
What happens when it doesn't know something?+
It says it doesn't know and gives your phone number. It is not allowed to guess a price, a trainer's availability or a policy that isn't on file. You see every one of those in the transcripts, so you add the answer once and it never comes up again.
